How to Make Collaboration Work
Jennifer Thomas-Larmer provided developmental editing services to David Straus on his book How to Make Collaboration Work: Powerful Ways to Build Consensus, Solve Problems, and Make Decisions (Berrett-Koehler, 2002). Over the course of a year, Jennifer helped the author create an organizational scheme for the book and then edited and provided comments on multiple drafts of each chapter.
